Our Mission

FARMERS SOLIDARITY FOR AGRICULTURAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Name of the Project: A plan to observe our children’ school progress.

Mission Statement: To empower parents / guardians on how to invest into their children’ education, as a better way to build-up the nation.

Which means The education we have obtained is a national permanent project for the country and its beneficial

Objective:

To be aware of schools environment and areas sounding our kids for the sake of their safety and in class progression
To Meet with teachers and discuss regarding students’ progress.

Our Target: Parents (Men only)

Target Expound: We have had meetings with parents and discussed the importance of this project in the Community. Parents gave their opinions and have suggested that the organization should organize an event and discuss the matter which will bring the answer and solution to our community.

Language barriers, especially for kids whose English is their Second Language.
Due to Bills requirement, Parent gives his/her work priorities and cannot focus or giving attention on family matters especially education of their children and others,

Evaluation for a child’ education progress

Parents straight admitted that they are the cause of the drop out school crisis of their children, because of undefined quarreling between parents which separates and bring disgrace to a family, it also creates stressful to kids who then decides what to do and choose to base on one side or none of them as children rights says.

The following Pyramid indicates; School progression for developed countries which based on an affordable & quality education.

A child gets free education at kindergarten and primary schools at no or reduced cost from the government.
Children attend high schools with a free education program and have an opportunity for scholarships.

UNDEVELOPED COUNTRIES’ PYRAMID

What is the present and future profit we have found from our children who have finished a high school diploma and they are not interested in going to college / university!

Parents have become lazy to do a school follow-up of their children and did not make good plans for them to complete university / college but since we have reminded them concerning the matter when we invited them on an event we had on 03/06/2023, they said they will try their best to work on the plans which they got at the event on how to be keen with a child’ school progress.

DEVELOPED COUNTRIES’ PYRAMID

The Pyramid below; indicates School progression for children in Africa and undeveloped countries.

Many children start kindergarten level, but the number drops out day by day because their parents cannot afford the school fee.
The same at high school and worse at college / university where the number drop out more, because their parents cannot pay the fees and other expenses.

Conclusion; what has to be done to bring value to our children’s education!

Parents came with a conclusion that; they will be devoted to do a school follow-up for their children.
Parents approved a gender-based training to help them resolve problems that continue to raise into their family.

Event to be held at the time it was planned 02:00 PM – 05:00 PM
To find out the fact of the problem concerning our agenda

Intermediate progress:

We are hoping to boost a massive number of children’ ambition to apply and join college / university for this year of 2023 – 2024.
A hope of getting thirty (30) children who have completed an obtained a high school diploma.

Complexity

Our meeting grounding went well although some people who were invited did not attend the it, 30 people were expected to attend the meeting, then only 13 managed to come

The cause of the drop-down number of the audience were affected by the funeral and later on a wedding that took place on the same day at our community areas
Those from the families that were having the funeral and wedding were not able to make it and caused the number of attendees to drop down.

The main reason of inviting schools’ board member was because we wanted to get information regarding:

Knowing deeply our children behavior when they are at school.
Their study progress.

The teachers’ information was going to be useful to the organization and parents, as we were willing to hear an insight and come up with a great plan to sort-out the above-mentioned crises in schools.

The reason why we invited International Center who work with Refugees:

Since the organization does held meetings every and after three months, they learn and discover refugee problems.

The main reason of inviting international communities liaison neighborhood and communities services:

To request them to assist small groups which are involved into social activists that bring changes to our community for present and future development.

Suggestion on how to End the situation:

Parents recommended that this kind of seminar/ meeting helps refugees to have an opportunity to discuss the tribulations that affect our community and has to be done often in engaging all of our communities without distinction of race, origin or gender.

Engagements / suggestion from the audience

Parents advised younger organizations to cooperate each other, and to continue with unity, and not depending on the outsider, moreover they have to be more creative to improve their income by organizing different fundraising activities like in sports, African traditional dances, culture and much more which will help to boosting the income for serving the community.
Ongoing Counseling to Couple or single mother who lives alone with Kids.
